Warehouse & Logistics Security Across Ireland

In a warehouse or depot, the stock is valuable, the yard is large and vehicles come and go at all hours. Security starts with knowing exactly who and what passes through the gate.

Security for Logistics & Warehouses

Losses in logistics rarely look like a break-in. They are a trailer collected by the wrong driver, a pallet that leaves without paperwork, or a side gate left open on a night shift. That is why the gatehouse matters most. Our officers record every vehicle in and out, check drivers against bookings, verify paperwork and seal numbers where you need it, and make sure nothing leaves the yard without being accounted for.

Away from the gate, officers patrol the perimeter, the trailer park and the loading bays, checking fences, doors and parked vehicles. Monitored CCTV extends that cover across large yards, so that movement at the back fence at 2am is seen by an operator who can send an officer.

For smaller units and depots that close at night, mobile patrols with key holding and alarm response protect the premises without the cost of a permanent guard.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a gatehouse officer record?
Typically the vehicle registration, the haulier, the driver, the time in and out and the reason for the visit, plus paperwork and seal numbers where you require them. The exact checks are set out in the instructions agreed with you.
Can you provide security around the clock?
Yes. We provide officers for day, night and weekend shifts, and can cover a site 24 hours a day.
We only need security at night. Is that possible?
Yes. Night-only guarding, or mobile patrols with alarm response, are common for depots that are staffed during the day.
Can cameras replace a night guard?
Sometimes. Monitored CCTV with a patrol response suits many yards. Where high-value loads are parked overnight, a guard on site is usually the safer choice. We will give you an honest view after seeing the site.
