Corporate Security in Dublin

Front-of-house officers, access control and out-of-hours protection for offices, headquarters and business parks across Dublin.

Corporate Security Dublin: how we work

Dublin's offices are concentrated in a few areas: the south Georgian core and the canal, the Docklands, and suburban business districts such as Sandyford, Cherrywood, Citywest and Blanchardstown. Many are shared buildings with several tenants, where the front door, the car park and the out-of-hours access list belong to everyone and are controlled by no one.

Our front-of-house officers sit at the heart of that. They greet and sign in visitors, issue passes, accept deliveries, keep an eye on the cameras and deal calmly with the unexpected. For many visitors they are the first person they meet from your company, so we choose officers who are courteous, well presented and alert.

After hours, the risk changes. Equipment theft from offices often happens through a door that was not properly closed. We can lock the building once the last person leaves, check it during the night, and act as key holder so that an officer, not your office manager, attends when the alarm activates.

In multi-tenant buildings we agree the arrangements with the landlord or managing agent and the tenants, so everybody knows how visitors, contractors and out-of-hours access are handled. Our Dublin 2 office is a short walk from much of the city's office core.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide reception security for Dublin office buildings?
Yes. Front-of-house officers combine reception duties with access control and security of the building during working hours.
Which office areas of Dublin do you cover?
The city centre including the Docklands and the south Georgian core, and the business districts in Sandyford, Cherrywood, Citywest, Park West, Blanchardstown and around the airport.
Can you work with our managing agent?
Yes. In shared buildings we agree instructions with the landlord or managing agent and make sure each tenant knows the arrangements.
Our office is empty at night. What do you suggest?
For most offices: an evening lock-up visit, a monitored alarm with key holding and alarm response, and patrol checks during the night. Larger or higher-risk buildings may need a night officer.
