CCTV Installation & Monitoring in Dublin
Camera systems for Dublin shops, offices, yards, building sites and apartment developments, designed around what you need to see and set up to meet data protection rules.
CCTV Dublin: how we work
Most CCTV problems we see in Dublin are not about the cameras themselves. A camera points at the wrong door, a recorder has been full for months, nobody knows the password, or the picture of the person at the gate is too dark and too small to be any use. We start by asking what each camera is for, whether that is identifying people at an entrance, reading number plates at a gate or watching a yard at night, and design from there.
We install the cameras, recorder and cabling, set up secure viewing on your phone or computer, and show your staff how to find and export footage. We then maintain the system, cleaning lenses, checking recordings and replacing failed parts before you discover the problem on the day you need the footage.
For yards, building sites and premises that are empty at night, cameras can be monitored. When movement is detected out of hours, an operator in our control room looks at the images and, if somebody is on your site, can send a patrol officer and call the Gardaí. For many sites around the M50 this gives overnight protection for much less than a guard.
CCTV records personal data, so we help you get the data protection basics right from the start: signs at the entrances, cameras pointed only where you have a reason to record, and a retention period you can justify, which for a normal security system the Data Protection Commission says should rarely be more than a month.
