Corporate & Office Security Across Ireland

Security that fits into a working office: a professional welcome at the front desk by day, and a building that is locked, checked and answered for at night.

Security for Corporate Offices

In an office, the security officer is usually the first person a visitor meets. They need to be as good at greeting a client as they are at stopping somebody who should not be there. Our front-of-house officers sign visitors in, issue passes, take deliveries, keep an eye on the cameras and deal calmly with the unexpected, from a lost access card to a fire alarm.

The bigger risks come after hours. Laptops and equipment are stolen from offices at night and at weekends, often through a door that was not properly closed. We can lock the building once the last person leaves, check it during the night by mobile patrol, and act as key holder so that an officer, not your office manager, attends when the alarm activates.

In shared buildings we work with the landlord or managing agent as well as the tenants, so that everybody knows who controls the front door, the car park and the out-of-hours access list.

  • Reception and front-of-house officers
  • Visitor, contractor and delivery control
  • Evening lock-up and morning unlock
  • Key holding and alarm response
  • Car park and bike store patrols
  • CCTV for entrances and shared areas

Frequently Asked Questions

Can your officers cover our reception desk?
Yes. Front-of-house officers combine reception duties, such as greeting and signing in visitors, with access control and monitoring of the building.
Our office is empty at night. What do you recommend?
For most offices, an evening lock-up visit, a monitored alarm with key holding and alarm response, and patrol checks during the night. A night guard is usually only needed for larger or higher-risk buildings.
Can you work in a building with several tenants?
Yes. We agree the instructions with the landlord or managing agent and make sure each tenant knows how visitors, deliveries and out-of-hours access are handled.
Are your security officers licensed?
Yes. Every officer holds a current licence from the Private Security Authority (PSA).
Can you also clean the office?
Yes. We provide contract cleaning as well, which means one company is responsible for access to your building.
