Manned Guarding Services Across Ireland

Licensed security officers who know your site, follow written instructions agreed with you and record every shift, by day, by night or around the clock.

Security officers who know your site

A guard is only useful if they know what they are protecting. Before an officer starts with you, we walk the site, agree what matters most and write it down as assignment instructions: who is allowed in, which doors are locked and when, where the patrol goes, who to phone at 3am and what to do if the fire alarm sounds.

Your officer then works to those instructions. They control the gate or the front desk, sign visitors and contractors in and out, patrol at the agreed times, check that plant, stock and offices are secure, and keep a written record of the shift. Anything unusual is reported to you, with the details you need to act on it.

We supply officers for single nights, for a few weeks while a site is exposed, or as a permanent team. Everyone we place holds a current licence from the Private Security Authority (PSA), which is a legal requirement for security guarding in Ireland.

Licensed officers

Every officer holds a current PSA licence. Ask for the licence number of anyone we place with you and check it on the PSA register.

Written site instructions

Duties, patrol times, access rules and emergency contacts are agreed with you before the first shift and kept on site.

A record of every shift

Patrols, visitors, deliveries and incidents are logged, so you can see what happened while you were away.

Familiar faces

We aim to keep the same officers on your site so they get to know your people, your routine and what "normal" looks like.

Support behind the officer

Officers working alone are backed by our 24/7 control room, so help and decisions are a call away.

Cover that flexes

Add officers for a delivery, a shutdown or a busy period, and scale back when the risk has passed.

How it works

    Tell us about the site

What you need protected, the hours, and anything that has already gone wrong.

  2. Step 2

    Site visit

We walk the site with you and look at access points, lighting and blind spots.

  3. Step 3

    Instructions agreed

You approve the written duties and a clear price for the hours covered.

  4. Step 4

    Officers start

Licensed officers begin, already briefed on your site and your contacts.

  5. Step 5

    Regular review

We go through the reports with you and adjust the cover as the site changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your security guards licensed?
Yes. Every officer we place holds a current licence from the Private Security Authority (PSA). In Ireland it is an offence to work as a security guard without one, and an offence to hire an unlicensed contractor, so we are happy for you to check our officers on the PSA register.
How quickly can you put a guard on site?
It depends on where the site is and how many officers you need. For urgent cover, phone us on +353 1 507 9051 and we will tell you honestly what we can do and by when.
What does a security guard actually do on a shift?
Whatever is in the written instructions agreed with you. Typically that means controlling who comes in and out, patrolling at set times, checking doors, gates, plant and stock, watching CCTV where it is fitted, dealing with incidents and keeping a log of the shift.
What is a waking watch?
A waking watch is a fire safety patrol. Officers walk the building continuously so that a fire is spotted early and people are alerted, usually as a temporary measure while a fire alarm or other fire safety defect is being fixed.
How is manned guarding priced?
By the hour, per officer. The rate depends on the hours covered, the number of officers and the duties involved. Pay in the industry is set by law: from 28 September 2026 the minimum rate for security officers is €16.15 an hour, before employer costs. We give you a written price before anything starts.
Do I need a guard all the time, or would patrols do?
Not every site needs a full-time officer. Where the risk is lower, mobile patrol visits with alarm response can protect the site for less. We will tell you if we think that suits your site better.
Do you provide guarding outside Dublin?
Yes. We are based in Dublin and provide security officers across Ireland. Tell us where the site is and we will confirm what we can offer there.
