Who We Are
Shamrock Security Limited is a security company based in Dublin, with a registered office on Adelaide Road in Dublin 2 and an admin office in Sandyford. We provide licensed security officers, mobile patrols, key holding, alarm response and CCTV, along with commercial cleaning.
Our clients are businesses and property managers: offices, construction sites, shops, warehouses, apartment developments, hotels and healthcare buildings. Most are in Dublin city and county, and we also work for clients with sites elsewhere in Ireland.
What they have in common is that they want to know their premises is being looked after when they are not there, and they want proof of it. That is the job we set out to do.

How We Work
Security is easy to buy and hard to check. We organise every contract so that you can see what is being done.
We see the site first
Before quoting we walk the premises with you, look at how it is used and ask what has gone wrong before. A price given without seeing the site is a guess.
Everything is written down
Each site has its own instructions: duties, patrol times, who may enter, emergency contacts. Officers work to them, and you approve them before we start.
Only licensed officers
Every officer holds an individual PSA licence, which is a legal requirement in Ireland. We are happy for you to check any officer we place with you.
Nobody works unsupported
Officers on site and on patrol are backed by a control room that answers at any hour and can send help or make a decision.
You get a record
Shifts, patrol visits and alarm call-outs are reported in writing, so you know what was checked, when, and what was found.
The plan changes when the risk does
A building site in week two is not the same site in month ten. We review the cover with you and adjust it, up or down.
What You Can Expect
Straight answers
If a patrol will do the job of a guard, we will say so. If we cannot reach your site quickly enough to be useful, we will say that too.
Officers who represent you well
The officer at your gate or front desk is the first person your visitors meet. We expect them to be courteous, well presented and alert.
Somebody who answers
When you phone at night you reach a person who knows your site, not a voicemail. When you raise a problem, it is dealt with.
